Your garage condominium is your property and you can customize it to fit your needs. Here’s just a few of the ways that you can increase the functionality of your condo, plus put your own unique signature on the interior of it:

When considering your garage condominium purchase, keep these custom items in mind; get a unit with sufficient clearances for your long term plans. For example, if your RV is 40’ long and you intend to install a loft or cabinets, you might need a little extra length.
Lofts (10’ deep) with access stairs can be ordered as an add-on when you purchase your USAGarageCondo at Rio Salado but all other custom features are ordered directly through the vendor. We would be happy to refer you to the ones we’ve found are best but you’re also free to choose your own.
